Sr. Project Manager – Business Transformation — One of GTT Digital's financial services clients is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team and lead large-scale business transformation initiatives. These programs focus on driving change across business operations, customer experience, and enterprise capabilities, requiring a seasoned project leader who can operate confidently across executive, business, and technology stakeholder groups.

The successful candidate will oversee complex initiatives with multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes while managing diverse teams in a highly matrixed environment.

• Lead large-scale business transformation programs across operations, customer experience, and enterprise capabilities.
• Operate confidently across executive, business, and technology stakeholder groups in a highly matrixed environment.

• 10+ years of successful project delivery experience in highly complex environments
• Strong background in Financial Services, with specific experience in Canadian Financial Institutions and/or FinTech organizations
• Proven track record delivering business-side transformation programs with budgets exceeding $10MM
• Experience leading steering committee meetings, including building executive-level presentations and reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects involving cross-functional internal and external teams, bridging both business and technology stakeholders
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, coordination, and leadership skills

• Proven experience managing difficult stakeholders and navigating competing priorities
• Strong track record of operating effectively in high-ambiguity environments
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-wide implementation projects (e.g., process re-engineering, new business capabilities, regulatory readiness, or customer experience initiatives)
• Previous experience leading business transformation within Financial Services considered an asset
