- Supervise and monitor progress across multiple service roofing projects
- Coordinate and support site personnel to ensure job site efficiency and safety
- Review drawings, project specifications, and timelines with crews and supervisors
- Act as a liaison between Bothwell-Accurate, general contractors, and clients
- Order, organize, and track materials and equipment deliveries
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols
- Submit and verify timesheets and other project documentation
- Perform occasional small deliveries or pickups as required
- Minimum 7 years of hands‑on roofing experience (required)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage risks on‑site
