- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
- Supervision: 16-20 people; staff in various areas of responsibility; labourers in food, beverage and tobacco processing; process control and machine operators, food and beverage processing
- Safe quality foods (SQF) Certificate
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Certification
- Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
Area of work experience: Quality assurance or control
Specialization or experience: Green economy sector
- CIP (Cleaning In Place) and SIP (Sanitizing in Place) Systems
- Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) regulations
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- High temperature short time (HTST) pasteurization processing
