What You'll Do
Our RV Service Advisors are the first point of contact for our customers seeking service, maintenance, and repair for their RVs, ensuring they receive top-notch service from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and understanding their service needs
- Scheduling and coordinating service appointments
- Creating and managing work orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy for our technicians
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and providing timely updates
- Collaborating with technicians and warranty advisors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Performing quality control checks to uphold our high standards
- Providing estimates and discussing service options with customers
- Closing work orders promptly and ensuring accurate billing
What We're Looking For
While experience in the RV or automotive industry is a plus, we value
skills and personality above all. We're looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Is highly organized and can manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrates problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Works well under pressure and maintains a positive, professional attitude
- Is empathetic and can handle customer concerns with tact and diplomacy
- Has strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to work alongside technicians and fellow service advisors
- Has good computer skills and is comfortable with data entry and scheduling software
It's important to know, the role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays and overtime as needed.

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 based on experience
