Our Financial Customer Service & Collections Representatives handle inbound and outbound customer interactions while maintaining a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, sensitivity, and urgency.
We have a permanent full-time opportunity in North York and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the operating hours of:
- Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 11:00pm EST
- Saturdays – 8:00am to 6:00pm EST
- Sunday – 1:00pm to 8:00pm EST
- Must speak French / Doit parler français
- Must have collections or banking experience
- Quiet workspace at home with high-speed internet / Espace de travail calme à la maison avec Internet a haute vitesse
