Working at the intersection of AI and finance, you'll leverage innovative technologies to create user‑centric products that enhance RBC’s market position.

Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing product management teams, with demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and scale high‑performing teams in fast‑paced technology environments.

  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Benefits
  • Opportunity to play a vital role in the development of leading‑edge products.
  • Become part of a team that thinks progressively and works collaboratively. We care about seeing each other reach full potential.
  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock options where applicable.
  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and management opportunities.
  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact from a local‑to‑global scale.
