We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead our Advice Centre portfolio. You will drive strategy, delivery, and execution of RBC Borealis’ AI solutions within the Advice Centre product suite. Your leadership will ensure these innovative products deliver measurable business outcomes. Working at the intersection of AI and finance, you'll leverage innovative technologies to create user‑centric products that enhance RBC’s market position.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategy for the Advice Centre portfolio, maintaining end‑to‑end accountability for the entire suite of RBC Borealis’ AI products while setting ambitious OKRs and defining roadmaps that leverage AI technologies to deliver innovative solutions aligned with RBC's objectives.
Product & Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of product and project/program managers who collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high‑quality AI solutions through effective cross‑functional coordination and agile methodologies.
Program Management: Coordinate with enterprise‑wide AI programs and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of RBC Borealis’ AI components while maintaining alignment with broader organizational objectives and timelines.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across RBC Borealis and RBC, influencing cross‑functional teams and effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, stay current with AI trends and emerging technologies, and champion a test‑and‑learn approach using data to drive decision‑making and continuous improvement.
