VP, AI CoE Head

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Role Overview

The AI CoE Head leads 3Pillar’s global AI strategy, ensuring tight alignment between AI R&D, Delivery, and Sales & Marketing. This role transforms AI research and prototypes into commercial-ready solutions, accelerates adoption across the organization, and drives cohesive go‑to‑market execution. By fostering cross‑functional collaboration and a culture of continuous learning, the AI CoE Head ensures 3Pillar consistently delivers differentiated, scalable AI value to clients.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the company-wide AI strategy, roadmap, and CoE operations.
  • Architect and guide development of GenAI/LLM solutions, RAG pipelines, ML Ops workflows, and AI‑native engineering patterns.
  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Client teams to shape AI opportunities, PoCs, and large transformation deals.
  • Provide executive‑level advisory to clients across industries.
  • Build reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices for AI delivery.
  • Upskill global teams through training, playbooks, and coaching.
  • Represent the company as an AI thought leader with customers and partners.
Requirements
  • 15+ years in technology and innovation leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success driving cross‑functional programs from ideation to revenue
  • Deep knowledge of AI/ML, Digital Twins, data platforms, and software modernization trends
  • Strong stakeholder influence, communication, and change‑management skills
  • Proven track record of building and scaling Centers of Excellence or innovation practices
  • Expertise in translating emerging technologies into commercial offerings and GTM strategies
  • Strong understanding of cloud architectures, MLOps, model governance, and AI lifecycle management
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritize, and operationalize high‑impact AI use casesSkilled in executive storytelling, thought leadership, and industry evangelism
  • Adept at fostering a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous innovation
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing portfolios, budgets, and ROI metrics
  • Familiarity with regulatory, ethical, and responsible AI frameworks
