A leading technology company based in Richmond, BC is seeking a Director of RF-HW Engineering to lead a team focused on cellular RF and hardware solutions under the IoT Module Architecture & Innovation team. The candidate should have over 10 years of experience and demonstrated success in delivering hardware products. Responsibilities include strategic alignment with various stakeholders, mentoring team members, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet business priorities. A salary range of $180,000 - $210,000 is offered.

The Director, RF-HW Engineering on the Module Architecture & Innovation team leads a team of 4-6 Cellular RF and Hardware engineers within our IoT Module Architecture and Innovation organization, chartered with partnering with our Product Line Management (PLM) team to engage our customers to understand the challenges and problems they face within their products. Being customer-focused enables this team to drive solutions and innovation into our Products through the architectural requirements and definition phases of the product life cycle. The Module architecture team provides definition and oversight to the implementation engineering teams to balance cost, performance, and market requirements while driving architectural decisions and innovation initiatives that differentiate our product portfolio in wireless WAN technologies.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000.
