Gorgias is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the go‑to‑market strategy for our AI Agent and broader customer experience (CX) products. This role is critical in reshaping how our most powerful features are perceived, adopted, and monetized, especially by revenue‑focused e‑commerce brands.
You’ll lead cross‑functional launches, develop high‑impact messaging, and create enablement and content programs that drive awareness, trial, and expansion. You’ll also be tasked with elevating the perception of our AI product, using both brand and product marketing tools.
This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role for someone who can turn strategy into execution and has a strong creative and analytical lens.
