• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Keep leadership updated on project status, address concerns, and gather feedback regularly.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with best practices.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or objectives, adjusting plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Cultivate positive relationships with leadership and other key individuals.
• Oversee project closure activities, obtain final approvals, deliver outcomes, and conduct post‑project evaluations or reviews.

• Work closely with leadership to grasp and document existing processes and procedures.
• Craft clear, concise, and thorough standard operating procedures in written form.
• Continuously explore opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency within the organization.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of project management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and make effective decisions.
• Time management skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated technical writing experience.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with document management systems and version control processes.
• Proficient with technology and digital tools.
• Strong research skills and a proactive mindset.
