As part of Teem’s growing technology team, you’ll support a diverse set of users and systems across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our infrastructure, resolving issues, and ensuring our team members have the tools they need to do their best work.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide technical support for Windows 10/11, MacOS, and Linux systems.
  • Support and maintain the Microsoft ecosystem, including Active Directory and Entra.
  • Manage basic networking tasks (DNS, DHCP, IP configuration, firewalls, VPNs).
  • Assist with VoIP systems and related hardware/software.
  • Use command-line tools (PowerShell, Bash, CMD) for diagnostics and automation.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders.
Technical Requirements
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 (required), MacOS (required), and Linux (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (required).
  • Understanding of networking basics: DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, firewalls, VPNs, and hardware.
  • Experience with VoIP systems.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra.
  • Experience using command-line interfaces (PowerShell, Bash, CMD).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
