Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Keep leadership updated on project status, address concerns, and gather feedback regularly.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with best practices.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or objectives, adjusting plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Cultivate positive relationships with leadership and other key individuals.
- Oversee project closure activities, obtain final approvals, deliver outcomes, and conduct post‑project evaluations or reviews.
Process Documentation
- Work closely with leadership to grasp and document existing processes and procedures.
- Craft clear, concise, and thorough standard operating procedures in written form.
- Continuously explore opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency within the organization.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Must‑have skills:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
- 2 years of project management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
