Our advanced technology helps companies secure their cargo, prevent losses, and optimize logistics efficiency. Headquartered in Switzerland, Arviem operates across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Relationship Executive with a strong background in supply chain technology, logistics, and cargo security. This role requires expertise in consultative solution sales and engagement with senior decision-makers in supply chain, logistics, and security operations.

Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition & Growth:Expand Arviem’s customer base across North and South Americas, leveraging an extensive professional network.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:Implement account-based sales strategies with a3–9-month sales cycle, targeting 5–10 new clients per year.
  • Revenue Generation:Drive$1M–$2Min annual revenue through new business and strategic account management.
  • Security-Focused Solutions Selling:Engage security, supply chain, and logistics decision-makers to demonstrate the ROI of Arviem’s solutions incargo protection, theft prevention, and cargo condition monitoring.
  • Contract & Pricing Negotiation:Develop compelling sales proposals, business cases, and contracts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Tools:UtilizeLinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and other digital sales platforms.
  • Reporting:Reports directly to the CEO of Arviem USA.
Qualifications
  • 20+ yearsof experience inglobal logistics, cargo security, supply chain visibility, or secure transportation services.
  • Proven track record in solution-based consultative sales(not product sales).
  • Experience working with C-level executivesin supply chain, security, and logistics.
  • Deep understanding of cargo risk management, theft prevention, and real-time monitoring technologies.
  • Balanced 50% business development(hunting for new clients) and50% account management.
  • High integrity, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently in a global scale-up environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suiteand experience with remote work setups.
  • Occasional travel requiredfor client meetings and industry events.
  • Language:Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.

  • The candidate should be comfortable developing relationships with customers in different countries
