Progressive Technology is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Traffic Specialist with expertise in Google and Meta Ads to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive qualified traffic, increase brand awareness, and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, and proven experience managing campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.
Develop, implement, and manage paid traffic campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to align paid campaigns with overall business objectives.
Create compelling ad copies, landing pages, and A/B test creative assets to improve conversion rates.
Track and report campaign performance regularly using analytics tools and dashboards, providing actionable insights.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually enhance campaign strategies.
Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring cost efficiency.
Proven experience managing paid traffic campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
Strong knowledge of PPC advertising principles, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Solid understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid digital advertising, preferably in Google and Meta Ads.
Experience working in fast-paced environments such as agencies, startups, or technology companies is a plus.
Demonstrable track record of successfully managing high-budget campaigns with strong ROI results.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Flexible working hours with possibility of remote work depending on candidate location and performance.
Occasional availability for meetings across different time zones may be required.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
