- Set up, program, and maintain high‑end LED displays, video walls, and lighting fixtures.
- Operate LED control systems (media servers, show control platforms) during live events.
- Troubleshoot and repair LED modules, cables, and power distribution systems.
- Coordinate with lighting designers, producers, and video teams to execute creative visual designs.
- Conduct routine quality checks and testing to ensure flawless performance.
- Assist with the transport, installation, and dismantling of LED infrastructure.
- Stay up to date with emerging LED technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Proven experience working with LED panels, video walls, or similar visual technologies.
- Strong technical skills with media servers, DMX, frame rates, and signal routing.
- Solid understanding of safe rigging and electrical practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, especially under live‑event pressure.
- Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, or on festival schedules.
