We are looking for a talented Program Manager to develop Vendor Experience (VX) programs focused on product listings, a critical step in our vendors' journey to success on Amazon. Our vision is to become the partner of choice for vendors by providing a seamless experience and minimizing their operational costs. We empower every vendor to launch, build, operate, and succeed on Amazon.
As the Vendor Experience Program Manager for Listings, you will drive initiatives that enhance our vendors' ability to list products efficiently on amazon.com.br. You will collaborate with local and global teams to influence product roadmap and implement solutions that create a frictionless listing experience.

Key job responsibilities
Lead the launch and optimization of new listing products in Brazil
Partner with cross-functional teams to influence product development and process improvements
Drive and monitor key success metrics for product listings
Develop and implement solutions to prevent and resolve listing blocks
Design and execute short-term initiatives to enhance the vendor listing experience
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on program performance and evolution
About the team
We identify, develop, and manage a set of scalable initiatives to grow Amazon Brazil Retail key inputs related to Vendor Experience. Our goal is to accelerate the flywheel and delight our customers by promoting synergies throughout the retail business.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
