About the role:
The Digital Sales position focuses on boosting both direct and indirect sales for Barry Callebaut. We are looking for someone who can manage leads, organize and analyze e-commerce and other sales platforms, as well as develop campaigns alongside the Digital Marketing team with a comprehensive view of all steps leading to conversion.
The professional will need to be hands-on with a sales-driven mindset to support the commercial team when working with leads. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
Key responsibilities:
1. Data Analytics & Performance:
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret sales data, website traffic, and conversion metrics to optimize strategies.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement.
• Apply predictive modeling and statistical analysis to anticipate trends and improve decision-making.
• Implement A/B testing to enhance user experience and campaign effectiveness.
• Lead management on the Salesforce platform.
2. E-commerce & Online Sales:
• Knowledge to manage e-commerce operations, marketplace performance, and digital sales channels.
• Collaborate with UX and tech teams to improve navigation, checkout processes, and overall customer experience.
• Define pricing strategies, promotions, and personalization tactics to boost conversions.
• Integrate CRM and automation platforms to enhance customer journeys and retention.
3. Digital Content & Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and optimize high-performing content for SEO.
• Work with marketing teams to create content focus on conversion.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital channels and optimize content based on data insights.
• Monitor digital consumer trends and identify new content opportunities for engagement.
