We are looking for a Bipa Premium Client Concierge to manage and expand Bipa Premium’s high-net-worth client portfolio, providing consultative and strategic service. This professional will play a key role in delivering a personalized experience to both existing and future high-income clients of Bipa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring a personalized and proactive service;
- Actively sell Bitcoin, presenting it as a long-term financial growth tool and encouraging clients to take advantage of Bipa’s benefits;
- Develop strategies to increase premium client retention;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships, understanding individual needs and proposing tailored financial solutions;
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, compliance, customer service) to ensure a smooth and efficient experience;
- Be passionate about Bitcoin and ready to help impact the lives of Bipa’s high-income clients;
- Track performance and satisfaction metrics, continuously seeking improvements to boost sales and retention.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in consultative sales and premium client management (private banking, wealth management, investments, fintechs);
- Experience with investments;
- Strong knowledge of Bitcoin and the crypto market;
- Ability to handle strategic negotiations and influence financial decisions;
- Consultative, persuasive, and results-oriented profile;
- Excellent communication and networking skills;
- Advanced/Fluent English.
Nice to Have:
- Financial certifications (CFP, CPA-20, CEA);
- Experience in fintechs or a similar environment.
