Job Description: Senior Backend Developer

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js and Nest.js
Production experience with backend frameworksin high-scale environments
Expertise in relational and non relational databases.
Write and maintain backend and API code to support platform functionality.
Ensure seamless data integration and manage relationships across complex data tables for various user roles.
Advanced knowledge of MongoDB and/or MySQL, with strong database design, administration, and optimization skills.
Strong experience in creating and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
Proficient in client-side scripting, JavaScript frameworks, and handling cross-browser compatibility issues.
Experience with version control systems like Git and an understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in TypeScript.
Experience in database infrastructure setup and optimization.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
Familiarity with automated testing platforms, unit testing, and end-to-end testing.
Strong appreciation for clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Additional Information:
This is a fully remote position.
Compensation will bein USD.
Work hours are aligned with the EST time zone or PT Time Zone.
