The Software Engineer III is responsible for leading the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications and systems. Should play a key role in shaping the technical direction of projects and is expected to demonstrate deep expertise in system architecture, coding, and software development best practices. This role requires strong leadership skills, and mentors junior engineers and ensures that the team delivers high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or other related discipline required
Awareness of the following technologies are a plus:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems and situations and troubleshoot issues
• Problem solving skills, critical thinking and strong decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal interactions (ability to foster a cooperative work environment)
