Qualifications

Zenex International is an industry leading provider of brand and private label aerosols, hand cleaners, wet wipes, and liquid products for the industrial, automotive, jan/san and screen-printing markets. We offer a broad portfolio of proprietary formulations through distribution. We provide private label branding services, industry leading low minimum quantity requirements on every order, exceptional customer service, and quick turnaround times. We work intimately with distribution partners to enhance brand equity and enter new market sectors with minimal upfront investment.

Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth with current and new key distribution accounts, wholesalers and buying groups. He/She will manage key customer relationships and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve assigned growth objectives. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the chemical manufacturing industry, and a results-driven mindset. The successful candidate will collaborate with the regional sales team and cross-functional departments to maximize sales potential while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Territory: US & Canada

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for respective customer groups to meet and exceed company growth targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key distributors, wholesalers and buying groups to drive revenue and market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Zenex's presence in industrial, automotive, janitorial and screen-printing markets.
  • Present and explain Zenex products and services to potential and existing customers, demonstrating value and competitive advantages.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities and threats.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and updates in ERP software.
  • Work closely with marketing, production, and product development teams to align sales efforts with customer needs and market demands.
  • Represent Zenex at industry trade shows, customer meetings, and field sales activities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management, analyzing performance data for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies during all sales operations.
