As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
• Ensure compliance with brand standards
• Manage guest queries efficiently
• Represent the needs of the team
• Assist management in achieving financial targets
• Support training and development of team members
• Participate in appraisals of team members
• Comply with security, fire, health, and safety regulations
• Maintain environmental awareness
• Collaborate with other departments to foster good relationships
