Reporting to the L&D Lead, the HR Supervisor is expected to support the training, contribute to designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating learning and performance improvement solutions to close performance gaps under general supervision, and support on third party governance framework to ensure the department is efficient from a vendor onboarding perspective. He/she is also expected to be a brand ambassador for Zurich Middle East.

Job Accountabilities

As HR Supervisor, your role will involve:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure the Learning & Development programs runs smoothly, such as:
  • Coordinating data preparation and inputs into analysis to inform business decisions in accordance with training needs.
  • Support in monitoring the mandatory training courses and answering any system-related queries to ensure full compliance.
  • Managing the administrative planning and logistics of training initiatives which includes sharing training invitations with employees, collaborating with facilitators, tracking acceptance, room booking etc
  • Support on adding, following up with vendor to ensure they are abiding by our third-party governance framework.
  • Support in registering employees for external training and follow up on any adjustments required.
  • Support the L&D Lead in preparing training needs analysis as well as any management reports that show training progress.
  • Based on the topic defines the best method and media to use to ensure the strongest didactic impact and combines this in a learning program.
  • Collecting attendance and feedback after virtual / face to face events, sharing the feedback and attendance reports with business learning teams.
  • Support in the wellbeing event preparation as well as the HR department team building events.
  • Monitoring and updating the professional study tracker regularly
  • Supporting the L&D leads to update the SharePoint site.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance to Zurich’s governance and internal concerns.
  • Participating and supporting HR projects
  • Ad hoc support to the HRBPs
  • Supporting with Emiratization and the Tawteen portal as and when required
  • Monitoring, distributing and responding to inquiries in the HR mailbox.
Job Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • UAE national with a family book
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or experience in Human Resources, specifically in L&D.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English and Arabic language
