This role presents an exclusive opportunity for a seasoned General Manager, CEO or a Doctor with strong business acumen to take charge of a well‑established healthcare institution. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing and scaling family‑owned hospitals in the UAE or GCC region, optimizing operational efficiency and implementing growth strategies that enhance patient care and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for hospital expansion, franchise opportunities, and operational excellence.
  • Hospital Operations: Oversee daily management ensuring seamless service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a high standard of patient care.
