A leading banking institution in the UAE is seeking a Customer Service Officer to ensure superior customer service. The role involves scheduling appointments, collecting and verifying documents for personal loan and account applications. The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree, have at least one year of experience in customer service or sales, and strong communication skills in English, Urdu/Hindi, while knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Flexibility in scheduling and collaboration with the sales team are crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year working experience in customer service or sales.
  • Good command of spoken English, Urdu/Hindi; Arabic is preferred.
  • Being a graduate is preferred for this role.
