As a Lead – International Sales (Dubai), you will be responsible for shaping and executing the international sales strategy for the Dubai markets. You will play a key role in market development, team leadership and client engagement, ensuring the alignment of internal teams and external partners for successful execution.

• Strategic leadership and market development
  • Design and implement the international sales strategy for the Dubai markets, aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop tailored go‑to‑market (GTM) plans based on customer behaviour and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define market‑entry and expansion strategies.
  • Set ambitious team targets and develop a roadmap to surpass them.
• Team leadership and performance management
  • Lead, manage, and expand the international sales team with clear roles, responsibilities and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback and development plans to strengthen team capability.
  • Create a high‑performance culture driven by ownership, accountability and collaboration.
  • Inspire and align the team around strategic goals and customer‑centric values.
• Partner engagement and ecosystem development
  • Guide domestic channel partners to generate and convert leads from international markets.
  • Onboard and mentor new channel partners, ensuring strong relationships and enhanced outreach.
  • Align internal teams with external partners for cohesive execution and consistent performance.
• Client engagement and market positioning
  • Oversee high‑value international client interactions, including site visits and the closure process.
  • Ensure the team effectively communicates product value, differentiation and compliance with international standards.
  • Build long‑term client relationships that drive sustained revenue and referrals.
• Results ownership and execution excellence
  • Own the responsibility of achieving international sales targets and driving profitability from the Dubai.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, track lead conversion and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Use data insights to optimise team and market performance.
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions, roadshows and client forums.

Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing

• 5‑10 years in international sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role

• Proven success in delivering sales results in developed markets, preferably the Dubai.
• Strong strategic acumen, with the ability to transform market insights into actionable plans ټکی.
