The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the F&B sector. The role focuses on lead generation, product promotion, client relationship management, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, fluent in Arabic, and experienced in selling to restaurants, hotels, offices, and similar establishments.

Business Development and Lead Generation Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, referrals, and networking activities. - Number of qualified leads generated
- Lead conversion rate
- Number of new accounts acquired

Product and Service Promotion Effectively present and demonstrate products tailored to client needs and aligned with company guidelines. - Customer conversion rate

Sales Negotiation and Deal Closure Handle client objections, negotiate pricing and terms, and successfully close deals. - Number of deals closed
- Sales volume

Client Relationship Management Foster long-term relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business. - Client retention rate
- Customer satisfaction score
- Follow-up interaction frequency

Sales Performance Achievement Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - % of sales target achieved

Sales Administration and Reporting Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular sales reports. - Updated and verified CRM records

Health and Safety Comply with company QHSE policies, especially during site visits. - QHSE warnings and reprimands

Policies and Procedures Adhere to internal standards, including NCC GC IMS and relevant regulations. - Audit record compliance

Learning and Development Engage in training to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. - Training completion rate
- Application of new competencies

Experience: Extensive experience in sales within the UAE F&B market

Languages: Fluency in Arabic (preferred) and English

Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, results-oriented mindset

Other: Valid UAE driving license preferred
