Job summary
A leading HR consultancy in Dubai is seeking an experienced Estimator to support interior fit-out and construction projects. The Estimator will prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs, assist in tender preparations, and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in estimation or project cost control, strong knowledge of construction techniques, and excellent communication skills. - Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Assist in tender and bid preparation, including supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Support budgeting and cost control by tracking costs and updating cost sheets.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for timely procurement.
- Review drawings and designs to identify discrepancies and suggest solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including WIR, MIR, RFIs, and progress reports.
