Job summary

A banking institution in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to deliver and manage training programs. Responsibilities include overseeing the onboarding process, maintaining the Learning Management System, and managing training logistics. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and has 1 to 5 years of HR experience, along with CIPD certification. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) or accredited HR qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the induction process for new joiners.
  • Oversee and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Track completion of mandatory onboarding courses.
  • Manage logistics for training sessions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with training providers.
