Job summary
A banking institution in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to deliver and manage training programs. Responsibilities include overseeing the onboarding process, maintaining the Learning Management System, and managing training logistics. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and has 1 to 5 years of HR experience, along with CIPD certification. Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities
- Manage the induction process for new joiners.
- Oversee and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Track completion of mandatory onboarding courses.
- Manage logistics for training sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with training providers.
