We are hiring for a Telesales Executive to join our team. The key focus of this role is to sell our professional courses and maintain valuable relation with our existing customers.

Fluency in: English/Hindi/Urdu

Requirements:

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales service role.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software).
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.
• High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
