Job description

As a Retail Sales Executive specializing in Fitness and Nutrition products you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of health and wellness products to customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs providing product knowledge and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Shift: 7am to 3pm (1 day in a week it will be 10am to 9pm) 1 day off.

Job Description:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Assess customer needs and provide personalized recommendations based on fitness and nutrition goals.
• Stay informed about the features benefits and uses of various fitness and nutrition products.

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of nutritional supplements fitness equipment and related merchandise.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and closing sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
• Educate customers on the benefits of different fitness and nutrition products.
• Provide guidance on product usage proper nutrition and fitness routines.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing product display area.
• Ensure that product information and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the management team.
• Handle customer inquiries concerns and returns professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends competitor products and market developments.
• Actively engage in marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
