Job summary
A prominent technology-driven company is seeking a Tech TA Partner based in Dubai to lead recruitment for tech roles across Engineering, Product, and Data functions. The ideal candidate will manage mid to manager-level roles, partner with stakeholders to define hiring strategies, and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates. Applicants should have at least 5 years of tech recruitment experience in the GCC region, particularly KSA and UAE. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with visa and relocation support.

- Proven track record of hiring for technical roles across GCC, especially KSA and UAE.
- Experience managing high-volume hiring and scaling in fast-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for mid to manager-level tech roles across Engineering, Product, and Data functions.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies.
- Deliver against ambitious hiring targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates.
