· Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in export and import markets.

· Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and clients in global markets.

· Manage existing international clients and ensure consistent follow-up to maintain strong business relationships.

· Coordinate and oversee the entire export and import process, including documentation, logistics, shipping, and customs compliance.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international clients and partners.

· Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adjust strategies as needed.

· Ensure compliance with UAE and international trade laws, export regulations, and documentation requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6-10 years of proven experience in import/export sales, preferably in the marble, tiles, or building materials industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
