A luxury hotel brand in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Spa Director to lead spa operations and ensure the highest service standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with experience in luxury hotel spas. The Director will be responsible for team management, strategic planning, and compliance with health regulations. You will join a vibrant team focused on delivering heartfelt hospitality in a luxurious environment.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in luxury hotel spas or independent spa management.
- Strong operational and financial management skills.

- Lead and manage all spa and wellness operations ensuring efficiency, profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, packages and promotions to drive revenue.
- Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing spa team.

The Spa Director oversees the daily operations of the spa, wellness and recreation facilities ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction. This role is responsible for team leadership, business strategy, financial performance and compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Lead and manage all spa and wellness operations ensuring efficiency, profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, packages and promotions to drive revenue and market positioning.
- Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing spa team aligned with company values and service standards.
- Monitor and maintain facility cleanliness, safety and equipment standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Oversee spa memberships and guest access policies.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, local legislation and internal SOPs.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasting and cost control.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements.
- Diploma or degree in beauty, wellness or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in luxury hotel spas or independent spa management.
- Strong leadership, communication and business acumen.
- Knowledge of ISO 22000 standards is a plus.
