Technical Project Coordinator - API Development & Tech Projects

About Us Flatgigs Technology Solutions delivers API development and custom technology projects for enterprise clients. We bridge the gap between technical execution and client success through strategic project coordination and seamless delivery management.

The Role

We are seeking a technically-grounded project coordinator who can manage the full lifecycle of client engagements—from proposal development through delivery and handover. This is NOT a traditional Product Owner role focused on sprints and backlogs. Instead, you\'ll be the strategic liaison between our technical teams and clients, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement & Strategy: Lead requirement gathering and discovery sessions with new and existing clients; develop compelling proposals and product strategy plans aligned with client objectives; manage client onboarding processes including kick-off meetings and project scheduling; act as primary account manager for assigned client portfolio.
  • Project Coordination & Delivery: Coordinate across development teams to ensure project milestones are met; facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and project handovers; maintain clear communication channels between technical teams and stakeholders; document project requirements, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning; identify opportunities for scope expansion or additional client projects; provide input on technical feasibility and implementation approaches.
What We\'re Looking For
  • Technical Foundation (Essential)
    • 2-3 years of experience in technology/software projects (development, QA, technical support, or implementation)
    • Understanding of API development, software development lifecycle, and technical architectures
    • Ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
    • Comfortable reviewing technical documentation and system designs
  • Project & Client Management
    • Experience in requirement gathering, discovery, and documentation
    • Strong proposal writing or technical documentation skills
    • Client-facing experience with proven ability to build relationships
    • Scheduling and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
