A construction company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman / Building Supervisor to manage employees and ensure project completion. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in building supervision, strong leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize safety and quality. A UAE driving license is required, and candidates must have a solid knowledge of building procedures.

- Report progress to managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a building foreman, minimum 5 years.
- Extensive knowledge of building procedures, equipment, and OSH standards.
- Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Mathematical proficiency; problem-solving abilities.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Senior high school diploma or a diploma in a skilled trade (e.g., electrician, carpenter).
- Minimum 5 years UAE experience in construction and related company.
- UAE driving license is required.
