Job Description

• Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, design, procurement, and construction) to ensure alignment on technical specifications and project deadlines.
• Support the development of project schedules and ensure key technical milestones are met.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning discussions from a technical standpoint.

• Manage and maintain all technical documentation, including design drawings, specifications, reports, and construction plans.
• Ensure documents are current, accessible, and compliant with project requirements.
• Review and verify the accuracy of technical drawings and ensure consistency with the project's scope.

• Provide hands-on technical support to the project manager and team members during all project phases.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and recommend practical solutions.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction activities align with approved technical specifications and safety standards.
• Handle documentation and closure of MIR (Material Inspection Requests), WIR (Work Inspection Requests), and NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) within specified timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience with quality control processes and site inspections.
• Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards.
• Familiarity with document control systems or software.
