Job summary
A global machinery corporation is seeking an Operations professional to manage supplier coordination and oversee inventory management processes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in logistics or material planning. The successful candidate will excel in shipment planning and supplier relationship management and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position is based in Dubai, UAE.

- Manage communication with CLC.
- Ensure on‑time delivery and resolve supply issues promptly.
- Handle H2K parts (approximately 1,800 active part numbers).
- Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Develop and update weekly and monthly shipment plans.
- Collaborate with suppliers to meet requirement dates and optimize freight costs.
- Review material requirements in MRC.
- Expedite urgent parts.
- Update production and warehouse on material status.
- Update supply status reports for management.
- Review supplier performance and elevate risks.
- Align shipment plans with production schedules.
- Establish Materials Shortage Report weekly for Asia lane.
- Participate in Demand & Supply Review meetings.
- Prepare monthly material forecast and supplier collaboration plans.
- Analyze inventory trends and propose improvement actions.
- Participate in business monthly review with CLC.
- Supports mass production of critical parts.
- Prevents costly production downtime.
- Ensures compliance with delivery commitments and KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, material planning, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and shipment planning.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., MRC) and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
