Qualifications

As a Regional Head for Implementation and Continuous Improvement in our MEA Road Logistics network, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operations, delivering seamless global customer projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your strategic leadership ensures that vital supply chains run smoothly, impacting businesses and communities across the region.

As the Regional Head – Implementation & Continuous Improvement, you will lead the strategic initiatives across the Middle East & Africa, ensuring consistent execution of the Global Road Customer Implementation Methodology (GCIM) and delivering operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, regional teams, and global leadership to enhance network efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

How you create impact
  • Leading the implementation of global customer initiatives across the MEA region, ensuring alignment with GCIM standards.
  • Developing and executing continuous improvement strategies, including network modeling, simulations, Lean/Six Sigma projects, and service model innovation.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert in customer-facing supply chain design, partnering with sales to co-develop and present optimized solutions to key global customers.
  • Managing strategic execution programs, ensuring transparency, alignment, and collaboration between leadership and local execution teams.
  • Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team of implementation and continuous improvement specialists.
  • Leveraging advanced analytics to monitor performance, forecast needs, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address risks.
  • Facilitating cross-country sharing of best practices and collaborating with operations, sales, finance, and IT teams to ensure successful initiative delivery.
What we would like you to bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record managing and delivering complex, multi-country or regional projects.
  • Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and strategic project implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain design software (e.g., Llamasoft, AnyLogic) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Deep understanding of road logistics market dynamics in the MEA region, including customs regulations, infrastructure, and local market nuances.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in a multicultural environment.
