Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, FMCG experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire Monthly S&OP cycle for Skin Cleansing Category.
• Lead the Weekly S&OE cycle for Skin Cleansing Care Category.
• Set up and adjust the forecast baseline through FEU.
• Monitor shipment planning system weekly and define optimum stock norms.
• Analyze various KPIs on a monthly basis.
• Simplify the portfolio through quarterly SKU Rationalization activity.
• Monitor Distributors’ OS&R against target.
• Manage distributors’ SLOB and highlight slow moving stocks.
• Own SC related inputs to the monthly S&OP board meeting.
