Logistics Coordinator (Indian/Malayalee)

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be an Indian or Malayalee national with excellent communication skills in English.

• Plan and coordinate transportation of goods from suppliers to customers
• Ensure timely delivery of goods by monitoring shipment schedules
• Negotiate rates with carriers and logistics providers
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and tracking information
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics processes
• Handle any issues or delays that may arise during transportation

• Indian or Malayalee national preferred
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
• Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics principles
• Experience negotiating rates with carriers and logistics providers
• Familiarity with biometric passport requirements is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
