A leading hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary. Responsibilities include supervising employees, maintaining high service standards, and assisting management with day-to-day tasks.
Qualificações
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from team members, customers, and vendors.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Responsabilidades
- Supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant.
- Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained.
- Respond to customer needs and ensure satisfactory service.
Conhecimentos
Food and Beverage Supervisor are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate for this position would possess excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of addition the candidate would be selfmotivated and ready to assist the managers with any tasks that need to be executed to keep our facilities wellmaintained and running smoothly.Would be knowledgeable of restaurant operations and customer service.
