Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in security administration activities such as user provisioning, access control, endpoint management, threat prevention, and asset management.
- Develop and implement access control workflows.
- Handle inquiries from internal users and manage SLAs.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up laptops and user accounts.
Technical skills & experiences required:
- General IT operations experience.
- Helpdesk services experience is a plus.
- IT certifications are advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year IT experience preferred.
- Experience with G-Suite, OKTA, Windows, and basic iOS knowledge.
- Experience in physical office setup is a plus.
