Job summary
A leading technology company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Software QA & Testing Engineer who will be pivotal in ensuring software quality. Key responsibilities include designing test plans, executing tests, and collaborating with teams to maintain system efficiency. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's in Computer Science or Engineering, with 2-5 years of QA experience, strong manual testing skills, and familiarity with automated testing tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a QA role with a focus on software testing.
- Experience with automation testing and performance testing.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment.
- Execute test plans and scripts to test system software.
- Identify, analyze and create detailed records of problems during testing.
- Develop and maintain clear, detailed test plans and case documentation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality.
- Design and implement automated testing where applicable.
