• Build strong personal relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders, particularly with influencers, press, and PR agencies.
• Be the social heartbeat of the PR team, engaging with our influencer community and press in meaningful ways that go beyond emails and events.
• Take influencers out for dinner and activities, attend industry mixers and build one‑on‑one relationships, creating authentic connections that translate into advocacy, storytelling, and long‑term collaboration with Huda Beauty.
• Act as a brand ambassador, making our community feel welcomed, seen, and excited to engage.
• Provide general administrative support to the Influencer/PR team, such as organizing and updating influencer‑related data and files.
• Manage PR closet to ensure department has on‑hand stock for last‑minute influencer and press requests.
• Assist in researching and identifying influencers who align with the brand’s values and target audience; continually audit influencer community list.
• Reach out to influencers and manage communication to establish partnerships.
• Coordinate and schedule collaborations, campaigns, and content.
• Support the planning and coordination of influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying target influencers through an analytical lens, managing outreach, and tracking campaign deliverables, timelines, and results.
• Monitor content on various media and social media platforms and engage with influencer communities.
• Build relationships across the Huda Beauty organization to support collaboration across all departments, particularly with the Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Help with research on industry trends and competitor influencer marketing efforts.
• Assist at all PR events and activations, including influencer events, press events, and press/influencer trips.

• 2–3 years of PR / Influencer marketing experience in beauty (preferably in Dubai).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing is preferable.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Tribe Dynamics, Traackr, Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with influencer trends & the beauty space.
• Ability to work in dynamic & fast‑paced environments.
• Exceptional relationship‑builder, both internally and externally.
• Self‑starter with a strong ability to multitask various projects.
• Excellent analytical skills & a high interest to learn about new analytics trends.
• Resilience, creativity, & high level of agility.
