Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Proactively generate and qualify leads using various channels, including social media, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Supplement internal lead generation efforts by building your own prospecting pipeline.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and conduct meetings (virtual or in-person) with potential clients to understand their needs and showcase our solutions.
- Engage in warm leads provided by the company and close deals.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and effective customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking prospect interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Having an understanding of CRM systems.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate long-term relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to customer needs.
- Performance & Reporting:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and pipeline progress.
- Market & Industry Insights:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies and enhance value propositions.
Requirements (PLEASE READ):
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong proficiency in lead generation techniques including cold calling and social media engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
- have experience of selling products for USA/UK companies
- A passion for developing creative solutions and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
