In this role, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle, help source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and contribute to creating a positive candidate experience. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about Talent Acquisition.

What You’ll Drive
  • Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Support employer branding initiatives such as career fairs and social media content
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
