What You’ll Drive
  • Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Support employer branding initiatives such as career fairs and social media content
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
You’re a Great Fit If You
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes
  • Prior internship experience in HR (a plus not required)
