We are looking for an ambitious proactive and relationship-driven professional who can identify develop and close commercial opportunities across print digital social and event platforms. • Lead advertising and sponsorship sales across Whats On Abu Dhabi's multi-platform portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and manage relationships with key clients agencies and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across lifestyle hospitality entertainment and tourism sectors.
• Create tailored media and content solutions that meet client marketing objectives.
• Collaborate closely with editorial marketing and events teams to deliver integrated brand campaigns.
• Track performance manage renewals and ensure client satisfaction for long-term partnerships.

• 5 years of proven success in media sales advertising or business development ideally within lifestyle entertainment or hospitality sectors.
• Strong negotiation closing and presentation skills.
• Excellent client servicing and relationship management abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in developing sales strategies and meeting revenue goals.
• Deep understanding of the UAE market and advertising ecosystem.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot and act on new opportunities.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Valid UAE driving license required.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field. Over 3 years of experience in social media sales. Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
